
About Kass
Kassandra Jensen is an accomplished executive leader with over two decades of operations, strategic planning, and executive leadership program development. She is adept at designing programs that facilitate discussion, stimulate thinking, and create shared learning opportunities. Her current work includes partnering with professionals
and organizations to identify breakthrough solutions to business and personal challenges through strategic planning, meeting facilitation, and executive coaching.
Before founding Oak Light Advisors, Kassandra served in various leadership roles at the Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), most recently as the organization’s first Chief Learning Officer. In her role as Chief Learning Officer, Kassandra shaped and steered strategic planning for 34 executive and director level educational forums, two national conferences, including establishing CHA’s first Transforming Quality Conference. She was instrumental in developing and launching several of CHA’s learning collaboratives, including the Accountable Health Learning Collaborative, Behavioral Health Leadership Collaborative, and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Collaborative. She also co-led the Board Learning and Engagement Committee, fostering cross-committee collaboration to advance major initiatives, such as multi-year efforts to improve youth and teen mental health care, advance workforce solutions, and ensure children’s hospital are financially sustainable and viable organizations.
Kasandra received a Master of Public Administration in Health Services Administration from the University of Missouri, Kansas City; a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A & M University, Corpus Christi; and holds a Professional Certificate from an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Level 2 Coach Education Program titled, Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance, Rutgers Division of Continuing Studies.
